Hiring Position – LinkedIn Sales Outreach Specialist

As a LinkedIn Sales Outreach Specialist, you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through LinkedIn outreach. You’ll use your networking skills and creativity to connect with decision-makers, promote our offerings, and close deals. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and your career.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and connect with potential leads on LinkedIn.
  • Execute outbound sales outreach strategies through LinkedIn messages and other relevant channels.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Provide prospects with information about our products and services and address their inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments, and product demos, and ultimately close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or sales development.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and its features for professional outreach.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
