Position Overview
As our Lead Generation Specialist, you will build and manage AdScribe’s lead pipeline, optimise lead tracking and conversion, and collaborate closely with the CTO, Marketing and founders to drive impactful outreach strategies (powered by AI where possible). Your work will be at the heart of our growth, making you an integral part of AdScribe’s journey.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AdScribe’s lead pipeline using Sales Navigator, CRM (Notion), and content distribution tools.
- Optimise our sales pipeline to ensure seamless lead tracking and conversion.
- Identify, implement, and improve AI-driven outreach automations for maximum efficiency and reach.
- Analyse sales and marketing data to generate actionable insights and prioritise high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with the founders and CTO to craft effective outreach strategies and refine our growth funnel.
Requirements
- Excellent English skills: Strong spoken and written communication.
- Initiative and adaptability: Ability to develop AdScribe’s sales pipeline and outreach strategy for a specific market.
- Previous experience: Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM software (preferably Notion), and an understanding of growth funnels.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication abilities to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Positive Mindset: A proactive, innovative approach focused on results and continuous improvement.
