The Role

Did you know that Salesforce is one of the most famous CRM Systems? We are looking to hire a Junior CRM administrator with the right skills which we foresee to develop through professional training held in Prishtina and Bristol UK.

  • Ultimate Goal: Support the day to day running of Salesforce CRM in various different ways, whilst also gaining experience and working towards being a certified associate and then move onto administrator
  • Be the front line of support with resolution of internal Salesforce tickets and queries,
  • Manage data quality in Salesforce, including but not limited to:
  • Duplicate Records
  • GDPR data management o Opportunity hygiene
  • o  Bulk loading/updating records using data loader
  • o Support the implementation of our ‘Rules of Engagement’ for Sales o Changes to record owners, territories and teams
  • Manage Field Creation, layout changes basic admin tasks
  • Manage licence creation, setup and removal across Salesforce and other Sales Operations Applications
  • Support with role/permission management, ensuring we have a clear, consistent set of permissions across the various teams
  • Support on Salesforce projects, initially focused on testing and process management, over time getting more involved in the system changes and updates
  • Creating ad hoc reports and dashboards (basic/ intermediate)
  • Assist with ad hoc administration of other Sales Ops tools, and tools integrated directly with Salesforce
