Junior Accountant – Prishtina 

Our Kosovo office is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our  Outsourcing Center in Prishtina for the position of Junior Accountant. 

Job description: 

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general ledger management. 
• Reconcile accounts payable, receivable, and bank statements. 
• Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. 
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. 
• Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations as per IFRS’s. 
• Collaborating with other finance team members. 
• Provide support during audits and tax filings. 
• Perform data entry and basic financial analysis. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. 
• Providing guidance and support to the finance team as needed. 
• Prepare any other report requested by their manager. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. 
• CPA in one of the Societies (SCAAK, IKAF or AAB) is considered as advantage. 
• Proven experience as an Accountant, at least for 1 year. 
• Strong proficiency in English is required, knowledge of Bosnian language is an advantage. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (IFRS’s). 
• Knowledge of Pantheon accounting software is considered as advantage. 
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Very good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
