IT Support Officer

OPEN JOB POSITION – FULL TIME

Expectations / Duties

• Assist with day-to-day IT requests;
• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the chat, ticket email, phone or remote support sessions;
• Perform remote technology support;
• Build, maintain databases and lists, and ensure organization/creation of proper processes and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Assist in account administration including security, SharePoint management, Exchange management, Teams management, etc;
• Assist in email/account migration;
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;

Skills / Technology / Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar IT helpdesk position;
• Experience in Office 365 Administration;
• Working knowledge of Google Suite products, Microsoft Windows, other related platforms;
• Understanding of various communication mediums such as Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc;
• English language – medium to high proficiency.
