To support the IT team at the German and European levels, we are currently seeking a full-time IT Support employee at StarLabs.

Job Overview

Join our team as an IT Support responsible for processing support requests, evaluating system notifications, installing workstations, and assisting with hosting infrastructure administration.

Your responsibilities:

• Processing and coordinating support requests from our offices in Europe, as well as providing assistance to end users.
• Initial handling and evaluation of system notifications from our centralized data center, and initiating and coordinating further actions.
• Installation of PC and notebook workstations.
• Assisting the team in administering a complex hosting infrastructure for 180 locations across 23 European countries.
• Actively participating in shaping and developing an ITIL-based service structure.

Your profile:

• Education, degree, and/or additional qualifications in the IT field or equivalent experience.
• Ideally, some experience in working with Windows servers, Active Directory, and Linux in server operations.
• Strong customer orientation, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• Analytical, structured, and independent work approach.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English.
