Job Position: IT Helpdesk (M/F)

Job Overview:  The IT Technician supports and ensures the proper functionality of the IT tools in the field and for agents that are working from home. They provide providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. 

Tasks

• Support the work-from-home agents to resolve their issues.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks in the office but also in the field.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology

The profile we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences or relevant
• Ability to travel around Kosovo
• Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other similar roles
• Excellent communication skills in English
