Position Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be utlising a variety of existing marketing tools to drive sales, leads and develop marketing plans for Soltuion25’s clients. Among others, the Digital Marketing Expert will run performance-driven Google ads, social ads and PPC campaigns.

 In more detail, the Digital Marketing Expert should:

• Design, develop and monitor highly-targeted campaigns using Google AdWords and Google Analytics, among others;
• Utilise and implement PPC and SEO strategies;
• Analyze campaign performance and compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights;
• Implement on-going A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements and landing pages;
• Work with development and design teams to create dynamic landing pages;
• Work closely with content development teams to implement and consistently optimize campaigns;
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and return-on-investment (ROI) and report these to leadership;
• Closely and regularly work  with the marketing tem to create cohesive strategies for clients success;
• Conduct research on on-going bases for keeping up with new marketing strategies and advice the Solution25 marketing team accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, and as a media buyer;
• Thorough and in-detailed knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Other Markeing Strategies;
• Excellent Understanding of SEO and PPC;
• BA/MA degree in Marketing, Design, Business, and Administration and other related and/or equivalent degrees);
• Proven experience in marketing analytics and digital marketing strategies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to formulate well-targeted project ideas and activities;
• Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone both in English and Albanian;
