The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LuxDev) launches a CEOI for the acquisition of services for a design office for Architectural and Technical Studies including site supervision for the renovation and reorganization of the main and oldest building of the General Hospital of Gjilan in Kosovo on behalf of project KSV/017 receiving financial support from the Republic of Kosovo and the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are:

• All legally established companies governed by private law (excluding non-governmental organizations, not-for-profit organizations and public operators), specialized in architectural and technical studies for the rehabilitation of hospital buildings and site supervision.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in hospital architectural concepts – special techniques related to hospital buildings (heating, ventilation, electricity, medical gases, lifts, renewable energy, sanitation, etc.) – monitoring and control of rehabilitation works until provisional and final acceptance.

The start of the contract is foreseen to commence on August 2023 at the latest, for a duration of twenty eight (28) months. Services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and ensure regular presence at the Gjilan hospital in Gjilian, Kosovo and during the entire contract implementation period. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated at three hundred and fifty thousand (350 000) EUR (all taxes excluded).

The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of a minimum three and maximum eight candidates evaluated as qualified and ranked, if necessary, against the selection criteria.
