DATA CONTROLLER

Our online shop transacts in more than 100 currencies from all countries of the world, it is localized in many languages. We serve cross-platform B2C and B2B sales channels on all continents. We create, develop and support complex sales, administrative and technical systems for telecom business.

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a data controller. As a data controller, you will be responsible for generating accurate and timely reports based on comparing and matching data. The ideal candidate should possess good Excel skills, a passion for numbers, precise and deliver quality reliable results.

Only office. No remote.

Location: Rr. Ilir Konushevci, 159, Pristina

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm, 30 minutes lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Compare/match data and use it for reconciliations.
• Verify and reconcile inventory of products
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing inventory management.
• Enter and track order details to analyze costs, profits, and pricing strategies.
• Verify and resolve clients’ billing issues promptly and efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial reporting and analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data throughout all processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an economist, accountant, or data controller.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Professional-level proficiency in English, at least C1
• Any relevant accounting certifications would be a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Starting salary is:  600-700€
