Who are we?

Cydeo is a rapidly growing, transformational tech school established in 2015 as a startup in Washington D.C. Our goal is to provide a second chance at an IT career and to open new doors for people with no IT or coding background. Founded by individuals who were given a second chance through a career in technology, we’re all about creating an immersive learning experience that opens new doors and gives people access to highly skilled and high paying IT jobs. Today, Cydeo is inspiring and guiding individuals towards successful careers in coding who were previously stuck in low paying jobs and struggled to make ends meet.

In our office in Prishtina we currently have around 50 people employed and we are expanding our team every day. By joining Cydeo you will be part of a young, energetic, creative and highly motivated team.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of German Language, English is an added asset.
• Tech Skills – understanding of technological solutions and using them to provide innovative solutions related to customer demand and in-house staff.
• Relevant certifications according to divisions and departments in Cydeo.
• Knowledge of various tools in the field of Customer Support.
• Networking skills and knowledge, development, other specific work-related skills according to project requirements.
• Ability to use technology to develop and deliver solutions to customers depending on demand

Your Mission in our Team:

Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the clients and working closely with the team on the department’s daily tasks.

• Talks to customers over the email, phone, online chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Uploading and arranging files.
• Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude.
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary.
• Track customer related information for reporting purposes.
• Adapt, learn, and grow in a fast-paced exciting startup environment.
