Royal York Property Management is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help support its new Kosovo back office. A Customer Service Representative is the person who works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers’ needs at each step of the process

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests_.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to stay focused and calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles
