Your new role

• An attractive mix of inbound and outbound calls – no sale and no acquisition
• Appointment coordination and planning
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide optimal solutions
• Varied tasks in customer service, always help at hand
• Go the extra mile to engage customers

Your skills

• 1 year of experience in customer service or other customer-facing sectors
• Very good written and spoken German language skills
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with always a friendly and professional demeanor and empathy
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Applications 
• Motivation to work in customer service – experienced or newcomer

You will work from home with rotating shifts which provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off.

Mon-Fri: 08:00-21:00; Sat: 09:00-20:00; Sun: 9:00-18:00
