ROLE

Responsibilities:

• Monitor creator industry developments, research & identify growth areas and recruit creators;
• communicate with video artists and creators and generate long-term relationships;
• Be responsible for creator contracts, agreements and negotiate video rates;
• Coordinate all the agreed artists’ contract details;
• Actively participate in new initiatives;

Requirements:

• Good communication, cooperation, and collaboration skills;
• Advanced English skills are a must;
• Goal-oriented approach and ambition to learn new things;
• Strong attention to details;
• Knowledge of a few foreign languages would be a plus;
• Experience in media, publishing, licensing, and sales would be a big plus;
• Data driven;
