About Us: Orderific Media, part of Orderific, is expanding its presence in Pristina and is looking for an organized and dynamic Creative Office Manager & HR Specialist. We are a creative team producing high-quality media and content, and we need someone who can streamline operations, optimize workflows, and manage HR functions with a focus on supporting a creative environment.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Creative Office Manager & HR Specialist who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative workspace. This hybrid role involves managing office operations, optimizing processes for our creative team, and handling HR responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, and team development. While much of the work can be done remotely, you will be required to attend meetings, workshops, and office sessions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for the creative team.
- Streamline processes to optimize workflows and improve team productivity.
- Handle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Coordinate and support team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Maintain office supplies, tools, and resources necessary for team success.
- Act as a liaison between the creative team and leadership, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or HR specialist, preferably with a creative team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on streamlining and optimizing workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
