CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN

Key tasks and responsibilities :

• Performs other work during the construction of new buildings;
• Performs other builders’ work such as: digging, cutting, concreting, repairs, masonry, iron work, etc.
• Performs work in case of reconstructions and maintenance of facilities;
• Performs other work during the construction of new buildings;
• Reports to the supervisor of incidents of unsafe work activity and following standard safety precautions during work;
• Completes assigned project tasks with quality workmanship by inspecting the job site to determine materials, equipment, tool requirements and the method to be used;
• Protects company property and equipment from damage during projects if possible by erecting safe scaffolding in a manner that prevents damage;
• Performs work in case of reconstructions and maintenance of facilities;
• Commits to the fulfillment of the defined objectives Leader;
• Applies and implements policies and procedures of the Network Division;
• Coordinates and performs maintenance tasks in the field of construction;
• Contributes to an accident-free working environment by respecting the instructions for the use of electric tools, with protective equipment: glasses, work gloves;
• Performs other builders’ work such as: digging, cutting, concreting, repairs, masonry, iron work, etc.

Requirements and qualifications :

• Diploma from Technical/Professional High School, Construction Field;
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the Construction Industry;
• To have the ability to finish work according to the defined deadline and to work under pressure;
• To be a cooperative person and open to teamwork;
• Driving category B is required.
