We are currently searching for a Civil Engineer for our client, Lidl, at their office in Prishtina.

Job duties & responsibilities:

• Contact and guidance of architects in properties planning taking into account the building’s guidelines;
• Monitoring the construction phases for the implementation of the building’s specification and other specifications;
• Implementation of relevant requirements from the Construction Directive;
• Scheduling of building-related equipment (e.g. chiller, alarm system, etc.) according to terms and conditions, and equipment plan in coordination with the renovation manager / shelving manager;
• Execution of necessary registrations (e.g. electricity, gas, water, telephone, waste, etc.).

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture or civil engineering;
• At least 3 year experience on similar position
• Good level of English , minimum B1 level;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong assertiveness and perseverance;
• Driving license B category;
• Availability to travel (over 80% of work time).
