The Luxembourg Agency for development Cooperation (LuxDev) launches a Call for expressions of interest for the acquisition of services for Capacity development for the teachers of Project supported VET schools on behalf of Project KSV/020 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Republic of Kosovo and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are all legally established companies governed by private law (excluding nongovernmental organisations, not-for-profit organisations, and public operators) and specialised in the provision of trainings and human capacity development.

Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in the provision of trainings and human capacity development.

The start of the contract is foreseen for September 2022 and for duration of 4 months. Services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in the selected Municipalities (where the VET schools are located) in Kosovo. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated at 128 000 EUR (all taxes excluded) divided per lot as such: Metalworker profile 36 100 EUR (lot 1), Water, Sewage & Heating and Air-Conditioning profile 36 300 EUR (lot 2), Electrical Installer profile 30 100 EUR (lot 3), Building Insulation profile 16 800 EUR (lot 4), Electronic Technician profile 8 700 EUR (lot 5).                      

Interested services providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The dossier, including the selection criteria and the application form is available on request at the address given below.

The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) candidates evaluated as qualified for each lot and ranked if necessary against the selection criteria.
