BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Develops sales and account plans for Company’s solutions and services in the Kosovo market
- Ensures the attainment of Company’s sales goals and profitability targets
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new market niches
- Coordinates development and execution of action plans with pre-sales team, with focus on generating new business
- Maintains a sustainable sales process from leads to closing with strong management of variances and initiating respective corrective actions
- Provides information and ensures timely forecasting and business intelligence in terms of market trends and competitive landscape
- Sustains rapport with key accounts and partners to optimize Company’s best positioning and to achieve excellent after-sales support
- Reports to Country Manager, Kosovo and works in close cooperation with Regional and Group management
Requirements:
- University Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- MBA will be considered a strong asset
- Minimum 5 years proven work experience in a consultative sales position, preferably in Information
- Technology, Financial Services or Telecommunications Sector
- Analytical thinker with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into feasible, valuable solution
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, ability to work in international, multi-cultural environment
- Business acumen dedicated to meet expectations and requirements of clients
- Strong sales & negotiation skills, problem solving & analytical skills, creativity
- Influence and persuasion skills
- Leadership and motivation skills
- Fluency in English and local language
