ABOUT THE COMPANY

The Faktory Group (TFG) is the first Digital Factory based in Kosovo. It is an entrepreneurial project based on a collective idea of multiple international companies operating in the digital marketing industry. It is part of Gruppo Prismi, the second-largest digital services group in Italy. With over 10 years of experience in industrializing and operating digital productions for bot SMEs and big corporations, The Faktory Group and Prismi Gorup’s purpose is to provide businesses with a local presence and high-end marketing competencies to increase visibility and profitability.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager who can develop the TFG/
H2H/Voodoo Group’s Digital Factory model.
The profile must have significant experience in digital product sales and relationship building,especially abroad, to high-profile sales partnerships.
He/she will work closely with the Top Management and must be available to travel abroad (potentially worldwide).
Industry experience and track records are required.

WHO CAN APPLY:

Profiles with years of experience selling digital services, with a partnership-oriented mindset
Profiles who are fluent in English (French and/or German is a plus)
Profiles able to manage a relationship with large companies and the onboarding phase (transition from the Project Management Office)
