Application Engineer (m/f/d) for Kosovo, Albania

as of now / indefinite / full-time

In our international team you are responsible for the technical support and advice of our customers from the window and door industry. You plan and implement training courses on site with customers in Kosovo, Albania independently. This also includes coordinating with machine, hardware, and profile manufacturers. One focus of your work will be hotline support, which you can provide from your home office. You will support the sales department at presentations and trade fairs as well as specialized colleagues from the machine control department in setting up machines. Working close to the customer is exactly your thing – because at the beginning of every project, the focus is on determining the customer’s requirements.

The following tasks also await you:

• Independent handling of training projects in the Klaes software solutions
• Technical support and advice for customers
• After-Sales-Service and hotline support
• Support of the sales department during product presentations
• Participation in trade fairs and other industry events

We are looking for:

• Training as a technician or comparable qualification
• IT knowledge
• Very good knowledge of Albanian and English (German is an advantage)
• Independent and conscientious way of working
• Very good communication and team skills
