We are looking for the Accounting Executive in our office in Prishtina! We are in need for someone with strong accounting skills, detail-oriented approach and high ethical values. Since you would be providing important data services and communication to colleagues and stakeholders on a daily basis, interpersonal skills are an essential requirement!

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• University Degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 3 years’ experience in similar position (preferable in international companies)
• Strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge of international accounting standards – IFRS
• Knowledge on SAP system (will be considered as an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Commitment to teamwork
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• High level PC skills

MAIN TASKS:

• Review taxes and relevant reports submitted to state authorities
• Manage tax and custom audits/controls as well as ad hoc requirements from these institutions
• Follow up on tax legislative updates and requirements
• Liaise with auditors and manage external audit process
• Coordinate monthly closing process and responsible for reconciliation of general ledger accounts, accruals, provisions
• Supporting preparation of financial statements based on IFRS and CIT calculations
• Reconcile distributor remuneration & KPI’s
