Account Manager (f/m)

Responsibilities:       

·       Understand the business objectives, brand and competitive landscape.

·       Demonstrate a practical and efficient working knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.

·       Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.

·       Generate leads by identifying individuals and organizations in accordance with the business development strategy of the company.

·       Build long-term relationships with partners, trainers and end-clients based on trust and respect.

·       Help partners, trainers and end-clients through email, phone, online presentation, screen-share and in person meetings.

·       Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate partner, trainer and end-client need fulfillment and ensure consistent services.

·       Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or related field.

·       At least five (5) years of experience in sales, account management, business development or other relevant experience.

·       Experience working with cross-functional teams to both earn trust and get results.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter and a people-person.

·       Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.

·       Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

·       Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
