Headquartered in Braunschweig (Germany), our company currently has a total of three offices across Europe and Asia, including Braunschweig, Vadodara (India) and now also Pristina (Kosovo).

You will:

1. Building up and expanding our customer base in Germany through reactivation by telephone.
2. professional support and consulting of the customer base to be taken care of by phone and e-mail.
3. Price negotiation with customers and preparation of technically and commercially specified offers.
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
5. Maintaining customer information in our CRM system
6. Bringing in buy-side contacts & sources.

Most importantly, you have great communication skills and are not afraid of the phone!

What you bring to the table

1.Successfully completed commercial training and several years of industry-specific professional experience in purchasing and sales

2.Strong technical knowledge in the above-mentioned field and understanding of our IT product range

3.Great talent in the area of communication and negotiation skills

4.A confident manner in conducting discussions and a convincing manner in dealing with customers

5.Self-initiative and a careful way of working are part of a good working environment for you.

6.Most important: You are a team player, helpful and treat others with respect, so you fit in with us and our values!

7.German language (C1) is a must as well as good in English
