We are a young and lean team. In Prishtine we employ a centralized back-office handling operations support, accounting & finance, procurement, contracting, estimating, IT, interior design, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders
• Manage accounts payable
• Keep track and records of vendors, invoices, and payments
• Process other transactions and accounting duties such as account maintenance, book entries, credit card and other accounts reconciliation
• Prepare expense reports periodically and upon request
• Maintain and propose procedures to improve A/P processes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in either Banking Finance or Accounting
• US GAAP and/or SCAAK is preferable and understanding of GAAP accounting practices
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Preferred experience in real estate development
• Advanced level of written and spoken English proficiency
• Must possess intercultural skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively work with all levels of company personnel
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
